The applicant has to fulfill the Terms and Conditions specified by the Council of Ministers, which are as follows:

1.       Clear Criminal Record: The applicant must have a clear criminal record. Furthermore, his/her name must not be included in the list of persons whose property is ordered to be frozen within the boundaries of the European Union.

2.       Residence in the Republic of Cyprus: In all cases listed above the applicant must hold a permanent privately-owned residence in the Republic of Cyprus, the purchase price of which must be at least €500.000,00 plus VAT, unless the entire investment is the actual privately-owned residence of the applicant.

 In addition to making a real estate investment applicants must also meet the following criteria and supply the following documents:
